Shipping policy

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

2. Delivery Time

Total delivery: 6–10 business days from the date you place your order. This includes the 1–3 business days of processing above.

Delivery times may be slightly longer during peak seasons, holidays, or due to customs delays.

3. Shipping Rates

Free shipping on all orders to Canada and the USA. No minimum spend, no hidden fees at checkout.

4. Fulfillment

Orders are fulfilled from our partner facilities in China and shipped directly to you. All applicable duties and taxes are covered you will not be charged on delivery.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 1–2 business days for tracking to update after you receive it.

6. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us within 24 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to correct it before the order ships.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier and make it right.
