Return Policy

We want you to love your Merveille Studio pieces. If something isn't right, here's how returns work:

Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

How to Start a Return
Email us at hello@merveillestudio.ca with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24-48 hours with instructions.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Email us and we'll help arrange an exchange, subject to availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
